1. Acceptance
By using poligiot.com, poligiot.es, poligiot.com.br or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Accounts
You may create an account with your email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for the activity on your account. The information you provide must be accurate.
3. Quotes, orders and collaborations
Quotes are prepared based on the information you submit and are valid for the period stated in each quote. An order is confirmed once the quote has been accepted and paid. Collaborations and subscriptions to social initiatives can be cancelled from your account; payments already made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit false or unlawful content.
5. Intellectual property
The content, brand, texts, images and software of PoligIoT are owned by PoligIoT or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The site and its information are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PoligIoT is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. Specific product and service conditions are defined in each quote or contract.
7. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is described in our

8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
